Welcome to DataSag

These terms govern your use of DataSag's web analytics platform. By using DataSag, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

Your Account

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure
• You're responsible for all activity under your account
• One person or entity per account

Account Requirements

• You must be at least 16 years old to use DataSag
• You must be human (no bots or automated account creation)
• You must not use DataSag for illegal purposes

Acceptable Use

You may use DataSag to track analytics for websites you own or have permission to monitor.

You May Not:

• Track websites without proper authorization
• Attempt to bypass our systems or security measures
• Use DataSag to collect personally identifiable information without consent
• Abuse or overload our infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute DataSag access without permission
• Reverse engineer or copy our code

Service & Pricing

Current Offering

DataSag is currently in beta and free to use. We will provide advance notice before implementing paid plans.

Future Pricing

• Free tier will remain available
• Existing users will receive grandfather pricing where applicable
• 30 days notice before any pricing changes
• You can cancel anytime (when paid plans launch)

Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but can't guarantee 100% availability. We're not liable for losses due to service interruptions.

Your Data

Ownership

You own your analytics data. We're just storing and processing it for you.

Data Deletion

• You can delete projects and data anytime from your dashboard
• If you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days
• Backups may exist for up to 30 days after deletion

Data Usage

We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve DataSag and create industry benchmarks. Individual site data is never shared publicly.

Limitations & Liability

Service Provided "As-Is": DataSag is provided without warranties. We don't guarantee it will meet your specific needs or be error-free.

Limitation of Liability: We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss beyond the amount you've paid us (currently $0 during beta).

Indemnification: You agree to defend us against claims arising from your use of DataSag or violation of these terms.

Account Termination

By You

You can close your account anytime from the settings page. All data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or for legal reasons. We'll provide notice when possible.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days in advance.

Continued use of DataSag after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Miscellaneous

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DataSag operates.

Entire Agreement: These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DataSag.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
